Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets Cross-Departmental Shift Throughput:

Manage end-to-end shift execution to consistently hit corporate KPIs for receiving turnaround, picking rates, packing efficiency, and on-time courier dispatch. # Maintain real-time, accurate reporting and operational alignment between local Spanish warehouse operations and centralized Chinese corporate teams.



# Ensure 100% adherence to global standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the floor, translating technical instructions and resolving tracking deviations in real time. # Floor Leadership & Safety:

Manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining smooth labor relations and full adherence to warehouse health and safety protocols (PRL).

High-Velocity Logistics Competence:

Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations within a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network. # Mandarin Language Mastery:

Professional fluency in

Mandarin, Spanish, and English

is strictly mandatory to seamlessly bridge communications between local operators, European leadership, and integral HQ. # Systems & WMS Literacy:

Strong hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and automated material handling infrastructure. # Operational Flexibility:

High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
