Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Nexthink’s global End User Experience (EUE) team and reshape internal IT support. You will drive a modern, largely self-service, AI-augmented model centered on Spark and an AI-powered ITSM platform, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product. You own the end-to-end IT Workplace experience and ensure security and compliance within our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II framework. You champion Nexthink’s own DEX platform internally, feeding insights to product and influencing leadership.

• Lead a distributed 9-person EUE team across five countries
• Own end-to-end IT Workplace experience (devices, peripherals, remote office infrastructure, etc.)
• Drive adoption of Spark and AI-powered ITSM platform in collaboration with Engineering/Product
• Ensure security/compliance within ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II controls
• Act as internal champion for Nexthink's DEX platform and feed operational insights to product
• Manage budget for tooling, vendor contracts, and team resourcing




• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to influence in-development features
• Provide structured operational feedback to governance and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of hands-on people management experience, ideally distributed/global
• Experience managing IT end-user support or workplace tech at scale
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI-driven support tooling
• Enthusiasm for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) as a discipline and internal usage advocate
• Comfort working with in-development products and providing structured feedback
• Strong analytical mindset with data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive decisions
• Exposure to ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type II frameworks and end-user computing controls
• ITIL certification
• University degree
• Native Spanish speaker with professional English (written and verbal)
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence stakeholders across levels
