As a
Senior Project Manager
, you lead the end-to-end execution of projects involving
physical products, electromechanical hardware, equipment and infrastructure
, ensuring delivery within committed timelines, budget, quality and customer requirements, aligning team efforts with offer goals and ensuring that Agile principles and practices are adhered to throughout the offer lifecycle.
You coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and work closely with stakeholders involved in areas such as
electromechanical, testing, marketing, industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain
.
This role requires a strong
Project Management background in electronicmechanical hardware or industrial environments
. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is also important, as you will work with backlogs, priorities, iterations and cross-functional teams. However, this is
not a software-focused Scrum Master position
: the core of the role is managing the execution of projects linked to tangible products and systems.
You ensure alignment and partnership with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure portfolio prioritization and execution throughout the project lifecycle. You facilitate the appropriate Agile/Scrum rituals, support backlog prioritization and help teams improve their way of working. You remove impediments, drive decision-making and promote continuous improvement while keeping a strong focus on
delivery and project execution
.
You exercise independent judgment to resolve issues impacting project results,
often working across multiple teams and in situations where priorities or dependencies may change.
Lead the end-to-end execution of projects related with electromechanical
hardware products
, from customer requirements through planning and delivery.
Deliver the general roadmap of offers and releases, considering technology, feasibility, resources, and faster Time-to-Market Develop.
Coordinate
cross-functional teams
and ensure clear ownership of activities and deliverables, Product Portfolio Management management, including the milestone planning, budget forecasting, and tracking on the expense and resource.
Partner with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to align priorities, backlog and project execution.
Apply
Agile/Scrum
where appropriate to organize and improve project delivery.
Facilitate key team rituals such as planning, regular team updates, reviews and retrospectives.
Identify and manage
project risks, dependencies and impediments
, driving decisions and escalation when needed.
Coordinate with suppliers, factories, external partners or customers when required by the project.
Communicate, provide clear project status to stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for project execution.
Support continuous improvement and help execution teams improve performance, collaboration and autonomy.
Significant experience as a
Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or similar role managing engineering projects
.
Proven experience managing projects involving
electromechanical hardware, physical products, industrial equipment or electromechanical systems
.
Strong experience managing project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets and timelines.
Experience working with
Agile, Scrum
.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and decision-making skills.
Experience with product development, prototypes, testing, validation, industrialization, manufacturing, marketing in complex environment.
Scrum Master, Agile or Project Management certification.
Experience using
Jira and project portfolio management tools
.
