Overview

As a Business Analyst at Applus IDIADA, you drive Salesforce implementation, optimization and governance from a business perspective. You bridge stakeholders and tech teams to transform sales processes with data-driven insights. You lead a small Salesforce team, deliver end-to-end projects, and ensure clean data and meaningful BI across systems. This role blends process design, integration, and analytics to enable scalable sales operations. You will help shape how technology empowers the commercial function aligned with company growth.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and mentor a small team of Salesforce professionals (2)
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects and enhancements
- Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions while maximizing platform use
- Ensure best practices in configuration and business process design
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows through technology




- Oversee data integration from Salesforce, SAP and other tools for insights
- Define and monitor KPIs for sales operations and develop dashboards
- Oversee data management, cleansing, governance, and quality assurance
- Develop training materials and lead enablement sessions to support adoption

Requisitos principales

- 5-7 years in business analysis with a CRM focus and Salesforce implementation leadership
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, SAP integration, and enterprise BI tools
- Experience in sales process reporting, data analysis, and BI
- Experience with data mining, visualization, system integrations, and APIs
- Proven track record managing teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
