Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and drive software architectures for critical rail systems, ensuring safety, security and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across international projects to align tender needs with development roadmaps and industry standards. You’ll influence technical governance, security, and system integration while shaping portfolio-wide solutions. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact rail mobility at scale through innovative, standards-aligned architectures.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead tenders to align development needs with the program roadmap and identify gaps
• Support tendering governance by applying architecture standards, methodologies, and tools
• Review concepts for compliance and assess requirements, functional fit, tech capability, cost and delivery
• Propose security-focused solutions following standard protocols and cyber/obsolescence considerations
• Maintain awareness of industry standards for strategic alignment and market trends
• Provide pre-tendering support for opportunities lacking current portfolio solutions
• Coordinate with Security Solution (ISM+SIM) and ICC/Urban platforms to promote Make within ICC New Generation




• Assess feasibility of proposed solutions (performance, delivery model, organizational fit) and suggest mitigations
• Engage with projects to identify and manage technical risks in tenders
• Chair decision-making meetings to secure component choices and technical directions
• Promote generic product and system reuse across multiple programs to optimize costs
• Suggest technical innovations and roadmaps aligned with tender strategy and portfolio optimization
• Collaborate with ICC Design Authority and CONCERTO Design Authority to align development strategies

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree
• Sw Architecture and Product Integration experience
• Strong knowledge of tenders and system definition
• Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, streaming protocols, SIP, VoIP, Public Address)
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Ability to collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams
