Who we are looking for We are looking for someone driven, technically strong and hands-on: a person who can move confidently from documentation and design to the factory floor and real-world product trials. Someone who can understand a machine, work alongside a mould manufacturer, identify why a process is not performing as it should, and develop practical solutions. This role will be central to strengthening Fibtray® technology and preparing it for deployment with new customers and in new markets internationally. We want to meet you We are not looking for a perfect CV. We want to meet someone who can show us what they have built, explain a tough industrial problem they have solved, and tell us why they want to use their talent to take Fibtray® to the next level. If you read this challenge and thought, 'This is for me,' let's talk.
