- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Office 365 solutions,



which will be a key part of daily support activities.

- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, ports, protocols, and firewall rules, with the ability to troubleshoot communications between systems.

- Experience supporting corporate applications, business systems, and ERP platforms.

- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and corporate device support.

- Basic PowerShell skills for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and problem solving.

- Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.

- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2 level), with confidence communicating in international and cross-functional environments.
