With a team of about 10,000 employees in 60 cities across Europe, adesso is one of the leading IT providers in the German-speaking market.For adesso Spain, we are looking for a skilled Backend Developer / DBA to join our international team and contribute to the development of a mission-critical data platform that processes millions of transactions and queries every day.This position involves collaborating with international teams, including business trips to Germany every 3 months.What You’ll Do- Optimize database performance through SQL tuning and database improvements.- Design and implement backend solutions integrating Java applications and database systems.- Maintain and upgrade Java and Spring Boot applications.- Contribute to the evolution of a cloud-native platform running on AWS.- Collaborate in the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.What We’re Looking For- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development.- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases,
