Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive net sales within your expert area and support broader financial targets. You interact with customers to understand needs and present value-based solutions, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy services. The position blends account management, lead generation, and portfolio alignment to close opportunities and accelerate growth. Based in Arganda del Rey, Spain, you will travel about 30% to engage customers and advance strategic initiatives.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Achieve and support net sales targets in the specified category
- Drive opportunity management with a value-selling approach; quote and close deals with Sales Manager alignment
- Generate and nurture leads; cross-sell and up-sell products and solutions
- Lead customer presentations, workshops, and webinars to create interest and qualify opportunities
- Collaborate on accounts plans with Services KAM; support product deployment plans with Portfolio Management
- Identify portfolio gaps and coordinate with Product, Sales Support,



and Portfolio Managers; ensure parts availability
- Coordinate with external suppliers and act as market-level contact for suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Tetra Pak commercial practices, regulatory framework, and contract terms; maintain proper customer documentationResponsabilidades
- 2 years’ experience in processing engineering or technical sales
- 3 years in a corporate environment
- Degree in engineering
- Strong sales principles and commercial acumen
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese valued
- Proven customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and resolve cross-functional challenges
