- Manage and continuously improve the EHS management system to align with corporate policies
- Plan, lead, and oversee regular EHS audits and workplace inspections to identify hazards and improvement opportunities
- Direct the risk assessment process, including Job Safety Analyses for new and existing operations, equipment, and projects




- Lead investigations for significant workplace incidents with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Analyze EHS performance data, report to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiativesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health u0026 Safety, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in EHS within industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environments
- 3+ years of leadership with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy
- Strong skills in EHS management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and incident investigation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing abilities; capable of writing detailed reports and delivering safety trainingRequisitos principales
