Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead global, full-service clinical research projects across multiple centers and therapeutic areas. You will drive on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards while guiding cross-functional teams and serving as the primary client contact. You’ll participate in bids and proposals and ensure compliance with company practices. Remote or hybrid work is available in Barcelona or Madrid, offering a meaningful opportunity to shape global studies and develop with a people-focused CRO.

Responsabilidades
• Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)
• Integral or regional PM experience covering startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in oncology or GI/IBD/Ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease is preferred
• Experience managing Phase II and III projects is preferred
• BSc in Life Sciences (or MSc) or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to negotiate confidently; team building and resource allocation skills
