- Prepare regular reports on legal matters, claims, deadlines, and costs
- Maintain and update legal trackers, databases, spreadsheets, and document-management systems
- Collect information from Legal and other teams (Finance, Customer Service, Operations)
- Verify information accuracy and follow up on missing details
- Monitor legal deadlines, case updates, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with analysis to identify trends in claims, disputes,



and legal spending
- Create summaries, presentations, and dashboards for management
- Coordinate with external law firms and track progress
- Support the Legal team with projects and general administrative tasks
- Learn about airline operations and aviation regulations
- Develop reporting, data-analysis, and airline-industry knowledge over timeResponsabilidades
- Some previous legal experience (e.G., law firm, in-house, internship, paralegal)
- Law degree, legal qualification, or relevant practical experience (helpful)
