Join Accenture as a Legal Contracting Associate Manager and support complex client transactions at the intersection of law, technology, and business. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements while advising internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk-management matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions from both legal and business perspectives.
- Collaborate with senior contracting legal professionals and internal business stakeholders to prepare for client negotiations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service-level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data-transfer agreements, and requests for proposals.
- Support agreements involving cloud, blockchain security, automation, systems integration, and agile development.
- Work with senior legal professionals on complex contracts and deal structures.
- Advise company executives on legal and risk-management matters.
- Monitor developments affecting the company, its clients, and relevant industries, incorporating those insights into transactional practices.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in areas that support the Legal function and the wider business.
- Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources covering legal and business topics.
- Support and implement Legal Group initiatives.
- Continue developing as a commercially focused, relevant, and technology-enabled contracting professional.

Required Qualifications

- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Authorization and license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- At least five years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing,



gained in roles with increasing responsibility within a law firm or a corporate legal or transactional team in a relevant industry.
- At least two years of experience negotiating intellectual property and data-privacy matters.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Extensive knowledge of Spanish legislation relevant to the matters covered by the role.
- Demonstrated understanding of principle-based negotiation strategies and tactics, including the ability to present alternatives and proposed solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions independently and efficiently.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology-based agreements.
- Understanding of basic principles relating to finance, accounting, marketing, and management.
- Ability to communicate effectively and credibly with executives.
- Good understanding of contracting and risk issues, including intellectual property considerations in digital, consulting, systems-integration, and outsourcing transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Broad experience working with state or local government agencies, or with clients in the healthcare sector.
