? What You'll Own

? Email Marketing, CRM & Retention (Your Core Mission)

- Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app messages .
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: Welcome, Onboarding, Activation, Reactivation & Winback .
- Segment users based on behavior, needs and product usage.
- Help improve customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies.

? Growth & Experimentation
- Track, analyse and report campaign performance using key KPIs.
- Create dashboards and recurring reports to support decision-making.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, landing pages and funnels.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation and conversion.

✍️ Content, UX Writing & Messaging
- Create compelling copy for the website, app, landing pages, onboarding flows and email campaigns.
- Help shape a clear, engaging and user-centric customer experience.

✅ What We're Looking For




- ? Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
- ? Analytical mindset and confidence working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- ? Strong interest in B2C Growth, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM .
- ? Curiosity for A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimization.
- ? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- ? Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and creativity.

⭐ Nice to Have
- ? Experience with CRM & Email Marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Braze, Salesforce or HubSpot .
- ? Previous experience in a startup environment.
- ? Basic understanding of APIs and tool integrations.
