Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer at Airbus Operations, you support industrial infrastructure to maximize asset availability, safety and performance across manufacturing assets. You will collaborate with the Industrial Maintenance Team to drive continuous improvement, sustainability and compliance with EN 15628:2014-10. The role blends technical asset management with project leadership and supplier oversight.

You will influence asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades
- Maintain and improve industrial KPIs (Technical Availability, MTBF, MTTR) while engaging internal customers
- Plan and optimize maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory
- Oversee budgets and external service providers,



monitoring performance KPIs
- Lead end-to-end maintenance, continuous improvement and sustainability projects
- Contribute to new asset acquisitions by preparing technical specifications and evaluating offers
- Ensure compliance with EN 15628:2014-10 for maintenance personnel qualification in line with Airbus strategy

Requisitos principales
- Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering degree or related discipline
- Experience in industrial asset maintenance, vendor control, and asset lifecycle management in complex manufacturing environments
- PLC and CNC programming knowledge
- Knowledge and practice of industrial asset safety
- Advanced English proficiency
