Experteer Overview
As a Data Analyst embedded in the Investments team, you enable data-driven decisions for the Financial Empowerment domain. You will monitor and assess the impact of product initiatives, applying robust analysis, experimentation, and causal inference to inform strategy. You’ll foster a data-minded culture, collaborate across disciplines, and help build self-serve analytics to empower product teams. This role combines data storytelling, cross-functional partnership, and measurable OKR-driven impact to shape investment-related outcomes at N26.

• Support product and business initiatives by identifying opportunities, tracking user friction, and validating business goals via experiments or observations
• Ensure data capture for future evaluation during product development and underpin quantitative analyses on the segment

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in Product or Analytics
• 1+ years in Investments or Wealth domain
• Strong understanding of statistical methods for experimental and observational data (causal inference)
• Strong problem-solving and exploratory data analysis skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate)
