plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (quali or quantitative)- Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders- Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making- Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members so that our collective expertise and understanding grows- Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs to address user-centered opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.-What are we looking for?-- 3 to 6 years of experience conducting user research for digital products or solutions- Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person.- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle- Ability to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitions- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish- Strategic mindset.
