Experteer Overview In this role you help transform clinical development for top pharma and healthcare clients by blending clinical expertise with technology and consulting know-how. You will work with cross-functional teams to modernise operations, leverage data and AI-enabled solutions, and craft practical, stakeholder-ready recommendations. The position spans the full Ru0026amp; D value chain, from design to regulatory submission and post-market surveillance. You’ll operate at the intersection of business, operations and technology to deliver measurable impact in patients’ care.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead clinical development transformation workstreams with process redesign, gap analyses and future-state recommendations
- Act as trusted advisor to Business, Technology and Operations stakeholders
- Design clinical solutions across data, AI, GenAI and technology-enabled Ru0026D transformation
- Ensure solutions align with GxP, GCP and regulatory requirements
- Develop thought leadership and support RFPs and business development
- Contribute to EMEA Ru0026D knowledge sharing and internal initiatives

- Demonstrable experience in clinical operations, clinical project management or clinical trial management within Pharma, CRO or consulting
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end clinical trial lifecycle and clinical development processes
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and GxP regulatory requirements
- Experience with clinical Ru0026D systems, including clinical data, trial management, regulatory and safety platforms
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex clinical/technical topics into clear recommendations
