DescriptionImagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio.This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment.The position is shift-based.Responsibilities- Supervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standards- Monitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and support- Act as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shift- Ensure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularities- Handle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes,
