Experteer Overview
In this role you build and deploying cutting-edge GenAI solutions within EY's global delivery network. You will design and implement AI models, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive scalable AI capabilities. You’ll tackle real-world NLP and AI deployment challenges, shaping responsible, trusted AI practices. This is a chance to contribute to high-impact AI initiatives across a multinational, tech-driven firm.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement advanced AI models and systems with GenAI focus
• Develop and deploy AI applications and APIs (Flask, FastAPI)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Contribute to scalable deployment using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Implement monitoring, logging and performance tracking for model reliability
• Engage in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG-based workflows
• Adhere to responsible AI practices including ethics, fairness, transparency and accountability
• Stay current with AI technologies and integrate relevant tools (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)

Responsabilidades




• 3+ years in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence with hands-on GenAI experience
• Strong GenAI expertise including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAGs, and Agentic AI approaches
• Proficiency with one or more frameworks/tools (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, vector databases)
• Advanced Python skills and strong software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD)
• API development experience (Flask, FastAPI)
• NLP knowledge (tokenization, embeddings, string similarity)
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS)
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field
• Knowledge of trusted AI practices (ethics, fairness, transparency, accountability)
• Deployment and scalability experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring and reliability experience for AI models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
