Experteer Overview In this Senior Analyst role, you support BCG Vantage by applying your analytical and industry expertise to client cases, workshops, and proposals. You will help design solutions, develop IP assets, and contribute insights that drive client impact. Travel to client sites is expected to understand needs and deliver value. You’ll also help commercialize topics and train junior colleagues, advancing knowledge across the team. - 1–2+ years of consulting experience in organization design (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English; other languages may be requested per location
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- AI experience preferred
