As a Senior Account Executive , you’ll take ownership of growing Degusta Box in the German market .

Build relationships, win new business and grow existing partnerships with FMCG brands.

You’ll own the full commercial journey — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing and account growth — while working closely with our teams to create campaigns that deliver real value for our clients.

You’ll be selling more than a sampling box: you’ll help brands find the right combination of sampling, research and social media to achieve their marketing goals.

Own the full B2B sales cycle , from prospecting to closing and account growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with FMCG and Food & Beverage brands.
Manage your sales pipeline effectively through Pipedrive .
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our services.




Help strengthen and grow the Degusta Box brand in Germany .
Native-level German and strong professional English.
~3+ years of B2B sales experience .
~ Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
~ Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Media or Market Research.
Experience mentoring, coordinating projects or taking ownership beyond your core role.
Versátil working hours, short Fridays and up to 40% work-from-home.
