Experteer Overview
In this role you lead EHS programs region-wide, partnering with operations to strengthen safety, compliance, and sustainable performance. You’ll support facilities through site engagements, risk assessments, and incident investigations while aligning with corporate standards. You drive standardization and the regional/global EHS roadmap, enabling safer operations and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role within a multi-site manufacturing context.

• Provide direct EHS support to manufacturing and facilities via site visits, assessments, audits, and leadership engagement
• Partner with regional leaders to enhance EHS performance and safety culture
• Review EHS aspects of capital projects, equipment installations, and process changes for risk
• Support EPAR, FAT, commissioning, startup reviews, and operational readiness with EHS integration
• Respond to significant incidents with investigations, RCA, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks
• Coach facility leadership, EHS professionals, engineers, and operators on regulatory and best practices
• Support deployment of corporate, regional, and facility EHS initiatives and improvement projects
• Assist facilities in identifying compliance risks and developing corrective actions
• Review EHS performance data and leading indicators to identify trends and drive improvements
• Facilitate sharing of lessons learned and best practices across facilities
• Drive execution of regional/integral EHS roadmap and standardization of processes
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to integrate EHS into core processes
• Develop and continuously improve EHS standards, procedures, and governance
• Coach and develop facility EHS resources and leadership capability
• Monitor regulatory requirements, trends, and best practices to enhance programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or regions
• Proven track record in incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives
• Experience with capital projects, equipment reviews, machine safety programs, contractor safety, and process risk assessments (preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and risk management in manufacturing settings
• Ability to analyze data and leading indicators to drive improvements
• Effective influencing and communication across all organizational levels
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with EHS management systems, governance, auditing, and performance measurement
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Experience standardizing practices across facilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS data tools
