At Netenders, we are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales(German Market) to help expand our presence across DACH countries.

We are a pioneer in the wholesale blank apparel industry and a fast-growing general leader, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to customers worldwide.

In this role, you will focus heavily on handling and converting inbound leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness, with the opportunity to progressively take on outbound prospecting and market expansion once the inbound flow is under control.

As an Inside Sales, you will:

Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients

Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)

Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience

Once inbound flow is under control,



dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the DACH market

You will perform if you have the following:

Native or fluent German, good level of English

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations

Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, adaptable

A plus: experience in e-commerce, textile, or fashion
