Experteer Overview
In this role you will plan and optimize digital demand generation to convert interactions into qualified sales opportunities. You will work within Marketing to design customer journeys, multi-channel campaigns, and funnels that support growth. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to improve engagement and drive pipeline, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Business Units. This position offers the chance to shape digital strategies, explore AI-enabled approaches, and contribute to a dynamic, inclusive culture at TD SYNNEX.

• Plan and coordinate multi-channel digital campaigns (email, web, social, eCommerce)
• Design and execute customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate leads
• Segment audiences and tailor digital approaches per profile
• Create and maintain landing pages and lead capture assets using Marketo
• Develop value propositions and digital content to support initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Track leads and support Sales in following up digital opportunities
• Build reports/dashboards to measure impact

Vendor Management and Business Units to align with objectives
• Identify new digital tools, AI capabilities, and innovative engagement approaches

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing, Digital Enablement, Demand Generation, or similar roles
• Experience supporting digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
• Strong understanding of digital channels and customer journeys
• Ability to create landing pages, lead forms, and digital assets
• Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing concepts
• Ability to analyze digital performance using Google Analytics GA4 or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort with business systems and reporting tools
• Interest in using AI tools for content creation and automation
