We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Design Trainee (Packaging) to join our Packaging team in Rubí (Barcelona). This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in packaging artwork development, visual communication, and brand execution within a integral industrial company.

What will you do?

As part of the Packaging team, you will support the development, adaptation, and maintenance of packaging and graphic communication materials across our product portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the adaptation and updating of packaging artworks in line with corporate brand guidelines.
- Assisting in the creation, layout, and maintenance of instruction manuals and product documentation.
- Creating and updating planograms and retail communication materials.
- Developing and editing graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Supporting artwork revisions, print-ready file preparation, and version control processes.
- Organizing and maintaining design files, templates, and visual assets.
- Collaborating with Packaging, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistency across visual communication materials.
- Providing day-to-day support on ongoing packaging and graphic design projects.

What are we looking for?





- Ability to sign an internship agreement (mandatory).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Spanish: C1 level.
- English: B1-B2 level.

Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of packaging design, artwork adaptation, or retail communication materials.
- Familiarity with print production processes and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Understanding of planograms, point-of-sale materials, or visual merchandising concepts.
