As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their questions, requests, and issues while providing a high-quality customer experience. You'll be representing

General Mills

, a global food company behind some of the world's well-known food brands.

Product Expert

Develop a good understanding of the products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.

Omnichannel Specialist

Deliver excellent customer support across different communication channels, including phone, email, and other digital channels.

Brand Ambassador





Represent General Mills and its brands in a professional and positive way during every customer interaction.

Fluency in

Greek and English

.

Spanish and/or Cypriot Greek knowledge is an advantage.

Start Date

ASAP

Contract

Fixed-Term 3 months (1 Month of Probation and possibility of extension).

Part-Time:

25 hours per week.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Working Model

Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
