It also includes managing a portfolio of rental properties and supporting family office administration for one of the partners. Exceptional judgement, time management and discretion are essential.Work modality: 100% on-site.Responsibilities- Schedule management: Coordinate meetings, organize events, and arrange travel plans for the partners, ensuring efficient resource allocation.- Email and communication management: Filter, respond to, and prioritize emails and calls.- Meeting and presentation coordination: Prepare materials, presentations, and meeting minutes.- Document and report management: Organize contracts, financial reports, digital/physical files, and confidential documents.- Travel and logistics support: Handle flight, hotel, and transportation bookings, and coordinate itineraries.- Support in family office operations: Track investments, legal documentation, and administrative tasks.- Client and stakeholder interaction: Act as a point of contact and ensure smooth communication.- Special project supervision:
