About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic team delivering innovative business applications, workflow automation solutions, and data-driven reporting platforms.

In this role, you will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and empower decision-making through analytics and data visualization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors to deliver secure, user-friendly, and high-performing solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- Create automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate
- Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Develop business logic using Power Fx
- Design and manage solutions leveraging Dataverse
- Develop and support SharePoint Online solutions and integrations
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement governance, security roles, and application lifecycle management practices
- Create data models, transformations, and reporting solutions
- Develop automation and integration components using Python
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, performance, and security
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing solutions

Skills & ExperienceMicrosoft Power Platform




- Minimum 3 years' experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Power Fx
- Dataverse
- Experience implementing:
- Security roles
- Governance frameworks
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

SharePoint Online Strong experience designing and supporting SharePoint Online solutions, including:
- SharePoint Lists and Libraries
- Content Types and Metadata
- Permissions and Security Management
- Document Management Solutions
- Power Platform integrations

Reporting & Analytics
- Strong Power BI development experience
- Data modelling and relationship management
- Power Query (M Language)
- Dashboard and report development
- Data visualization best practices

Python Hands-on experience using Python for:
- Process Automation
- ETL and Data Processing
- API Integrations
- Data Validation

Language Requirements
- English C1 level minimum (Advanced)

AI & Microsoft Copilot
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of:
- AI Builder
- Microsoft Copilot
- Generative AI concepts
- Prompt Engineering
- Knowledge-based chatbots and virtual assistants
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
