Experteer Overview
In this role you contribute to shaping marketing strategy for Stryker’s products in healthcare. You work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and pricing, helping to translate insights into the marketing plan. You will support training, promotion, and KPI tracking while acting as a subject matter expert for relevant product lines. This position offers impact across marketing execution and customer engagement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Provide customer feedback to marketing leadership
• Aid in construction of the marketing plan

• Serve as SME for applicable products and field technical questions
• Support sales training initiatives and programs




• Support on-label use and product promotion
• Understand and support setting price and maintaining product/portfolio margin
• Be aware of internal/external communication goals, tools and formats
• Use scorecards to track results
• Track KPIs and report back to the organization
• Share basic customer satisfaction input trends with salesforce

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 0+ years of work experience
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
• Persuasive in the absence of formal authority
• Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word u0026 PowerPoint)
