Xygeni is a European application security platform covering supply chain security, ASPM, and AI security, used by enterprise customers across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. We release frequently, integrate with dozens of external tools and ecosystems, and our findings drive decisions that security teams act on the same day.

We are hiring a QA engineer who treats quality as engineering and uses AI to cover far more ground, far faster, than traditional testing allows.

What you will own

- Test strategy across the platform: functional, regression, integration, and non-functional.
- Automated suites integrated into our CI/CD pipelines, so quality is enforced continuously as release velocity increases.
- AI-assisted testing as a core part of how you work: generating and maintaining test cases, expanding coverage, triaging failures, and analysing results. We want leverage, not headcount.
- Bug escape rate as your headline metric, alongside coverage and release health.
- The quality partnership with engineering: reproducible reports, clear severity, and pressure applied where it counts.
- Testing of integrations with third-party scanners and SCM, CI/CD, and cloud platforms,



where the hardest real-world cases live.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years in QA or test engineering on a software product, with real automation experience.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in testing, with concrete examples: what you use, what it gives you, where it falls short.
- Scripting or programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Comfort with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar), APIs, and Git.
- The temperament the job needs: methodical, stubborn about detail, and willing to block a release and defend it.
- English at working level. Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

- Security, DevOps, or developer tooling background.
- Performance or load testing experience.
- Experience testing AI-driven features, where output is non-deterministic and “correct” needs defining.
