Role Description The Real Estate Photographer & Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Marbella. This position involves capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas, to showcase each listing effectively.

Daily responsibilities include planning and carrying out photo and video shoots, working with professional equipment and lighting, and coordinating with agents to schedule property visits. The role also includes editing photos and video footage while ensuring that all materials meet BILLIVION’s quality and brand standards.

The photographer and videographer will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality materials on time.

Qualifications

- A strong interest in real estate photography and videography, including composition, lighting, and property staging.
- Experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and stabilisation tools is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience with photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent, is beneficial.




- We are open to training the right candidate from the beginning. A genuine willingness to learn, improve, and develop professionally is more important than extensive previous experience.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with agents, clients, and internal teams.
- Flexibility to work on-site at different properties in and around Marbella.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, market-ready visual materials.
- A valid driving licence and access to reliable transportation are a significant advantage but are not mandatory.
- Previous experience in real estate, architectural, or interior photography is highly beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of Marbella’s property market and a basic understanding of real estate marketing are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and other languages commonly spoken in Marbella are an advantage.
