Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the creation of innovative visual concepts with strong 3D, motion design, and digital storytelling. You will define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee multi-channel assets, from 3D assets to immersive experiences. You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams to deliver high-quality visuals and effective client storytelling. You will mentor talent, drive new tools and techniques, and contribute to pitches at a integral scale. This is a borderless, collaborative environment that leverages AI-driven tools to amplify human creativity.

• Lead conceptualization and development of creative visual proposals with emphasis on 3D, motion design, and digital experiences
• Define artistic direction for integrated campaigns and oversee key visuals, 3D assets, and content for digital environments
• Create mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and visual prototypes for clients and teams
• Develop visual assets for multi-channel campaigns (3D/CGI, motion graphics, digital/social, web, immersive environments)
• Ensure high-quality renders, animations,



and assets; maintain aesthetics and storytelling standards
• Collaborate with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams for cohesive execution
• Participate in pitches and new business opportunities with differentiated creative proposals
• Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and uphold team standards
• Mentor and develop creative talent, promoting innovation and best practices in design and 3D visualization
• Ensure consistency of brand visual identities across touchpoints

Responsabilidades
