Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize cloud marketplace operations across 21+ European countries, driving process improvements, and enabling country teams and partners. You will partner with sales, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality cloud solutions and improve platform adoption. You’ll work on optimizing workflows, managing support channels, and providing data-driven insights to elevate service quality. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that supports TD SYNNEX’s cloud marketplace mission across Europe. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Manage support queues and ensure timely ticket resolution via Freshdesk • Serve as primary contact for country teams, partners, and stakeholders • Analyze and improve operational processes to boost efficiency and service quality • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Support vendor-related operational activities and platform management • Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis • Collaborate with IT and platform teams to optimize business operations • Drive user adoption and share best practices across cloud and digital platforms Responsabilidades • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, eCommerce, or IT services environments • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar), Excel, reporting tools, and process documentation • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus • Understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, or channel business is an advantage • Interest in Cybersecurity technologies and cloud security concepts • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Security Fundamentals (SC-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or vendor cybersecurity certifications are highly valued • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus Requisitos principales • Hybrid Work Model • Life Insurance • Private Health Insurance • Flexible Benefits Program • Continuous Learning (LinkedIn Learning) • Career Development Opportunities
