Experteer Overview As Game Designer for Paper Party, you will craft and refine multiplayer modes within Paper.Io 2, keeping the Paper universe intact. You’ll have broad creative freedom to explore rules, objectives, and pacing that drive replayability and accessibility. You’ll work closely with the Paper.Io 2 team to turn concepts into playable prototypes and iterate quickly through testing. This role offers ownership, rapid prototyping, and impact on globally played hybrid multiplayer experiences.Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Iterate through testing, feedback and playtests
- Balance accessibility, competition, pacing and replayability
- Identify weak ideas early and prune or reshape them




- Collaborate with the Paper.Io 2 team to implement concepts
- Document designs clearly
- Fine-tune modes directly in Unity where possibleResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games designing modes or prototypes from scratch
- Experience shipping player-facing content in mobile games
- Strong understanding of multiplayer and competitive gameplay
- Good sense of pacing, clarity and player motivation
- Pragmatic, iterative approach: prototype, test, cut and retry
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
