Position OverviewThe Director, Cloud & Infrastructure (Operations & Build) is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, engineering and operations of enterprise cloud and infrastructure platforms. This role integrates platform build (architecture and engineering) with service operations (reliability and ITSM) to deliver secure, scalable and resilient infrastructure aligned to organisational priorities and non-functional requirements (NFRs).The incumbent will define the strategy for technology, implementation and operationalisation across cloud and infrastructure platforms, driving cloud modernisation through standardised platforms, reusable patterns and automation, while ensuring high service reliability via strong SLO ownership, governance and operational discipline.The role operates in a highly regulated environment, with accountability for compliance, resilience and service continuity.
