Experteer Overview As Software Vu0026amp; V Team Leader you guide verification, validation and testing across complex signalling and software programs to ensure safety, quality and reliability. You will define the Vu0026amp; V strategy, lead cross-functional test activities and drive automation adoption, shaping how critical rail systems are validated before deployment. You’ll work with engineering, system and security teams to manage risk, reporting progress and issues to customers. - Define and deploy the Program Verification u0026 Validation strategy and plan
- Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels
- Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers)
- Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability
- Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management
- Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools




- Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on Vu0026V progress and risks
- Lead the Vu0026V team and manage subcontractors and work packages
- Ensure independence between verification and design activitiesResponsabilidades
- Experience in verification u0026 validation, testing, integration or system engineering
- Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and tools (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman)
- Understanding of Agile, CI/CD environments and software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of integrated systems (CCTV, PA, PIS, communications, control centers)
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements and test management
- Engineering background with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (French is a plus)
