About weBridge weBridge helps B2B companies enter new markets and build their sales operations. We research potential customers, contact decision-makers and manage the process through to qualified opportunities.
We are hiring an SDR for a new international B2B software project focused initially on Spain.
The Role
You will manage the daily sales development work for an assigned client project.
Your responsibilities will include
- Defining and researching target accounts
- Identifying the right decision-makers
- Prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn
- Writing personalised messages for different customer profiles
- Handling objections and qualifying opportunities
- Arranging product demonstrations and sales meetings
- Managing follow-ups and keeping the CRM accurate
- Reporting results, market feedback and recurring objections
- Testing new approaches when messages or channels are underperforming
You will be expected to understand the product, the customer and the reason behind each conversation. This position requires judgment, preparation and consistent execution.
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales, business development or an SDR or BDR role
- Experience working towards a personal sales target
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Confidence making cold calls and speaking with senior decision-makers
- Strong written communication
- Experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools
- The ability to organise your own work and manage follow-ups without close supervision
- Interest in B2B software and international sales
- Based in Spain
Polish is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
- €24,000 gross annual base salary
- Uncapped commission
- €35,000 expected annual earnings at target
- A written commission plan provided before accepting the offer
- Remote work within Spain
- 23 working days of paid annual leave, plus applicable public holidays
- Full-time permanent Spanish employment contract
- Probationary period of up to six months, subject to the applicable agreement
- Direct involvement in an international market-entry project

- Identify the right decision-makers
- Research each account
- Prepare your first call and message
- Combine phone, email and LinkedIn
- Follow up when someone does not respond
- Qualify an interested prospect
- Track your work and decide what to improve
