Experteer Overview In this role, you will contribute to transforming client organizations by applying Org Design and operating model expertise within BCG’s Vantage team. You’ll partner with case and proposal teams to deliver targeted analyses, develop new frameworks, and shape knowledge assets that support IP development. You will train teams, mentor junior colleagues, and help commercialize insights through publications and events. You will work across general, agile teams to tackle complex organizational challenges and drive client impact while shaping the practice’s growth and capabilities.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Deliver analyses and targeted insights on org design and operating models
- Support training on operating model design, functional org structures, benchmarking, and implementation

- Contribute to commercialization through marketing, publications, and events
- Onboard and mentor junior colleagues and share best practices to strengthen the global topic presence
- Frame and communicate IP in a clear, practical manner grounded in real-world experience

- 1–2+ years of consulting in Organization Design u0026 Operating Model roles (preferred) or 2+ years of relevant industry experience; 3–6+ years strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
