What are we looking for?

We are looking for a System Engineering Project Manager / Product Owner with extensive experience leading technology initiatives related to Business Rule Engines, ideally with experience in the financial sector.

Working model: 2 days remote / 3 days at the client's office, in the Sol area, next to the underground station.

Languages: English C1.

Main responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end management of products and projects based on Business Rule Engines.
- Define, analyze, and manage functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and corporate architecture.
- Coordinate development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage sub-products or sub-projects within complex programs.
- Oversee integrations through REST services and Java-based ecosystems.
- Prioritize initiatives and manage the backlog as a Product Owner.

- More than 7 years of professional experience.

- Java-based architectures and development.
- REST service integration.

Nice to have

- Experience with Actico Platform.
- Knowledge of Business Rule Management.
- Proven experience delivering and managing systems based on Business Rule Engines.
- Experience in financial environments, especially in:
- Financial Instrument Suitability.
- Pre-Trade Validation.
- Ability to define requirements and lead business-oriented technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL.
- Experience with Git/GitLab.
- Knowledge of Eclipse.
