Experteer Overview In this role you will shape Glovo’s local marketing strategy, translating the global playbook to the local market and driving growth through data-driven campaigns. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the user funnel, balance digital and offline activations, and manage the local marketing budget. Your analytics will uncover growth opportunities and inform product and marketing decisions. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and adapt local marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement
- Perform quantitative analysis and data mining to identify opportunities
- Define media mix to grow user base within CAC targets
- Track market dynamics and competitor activities
- Lead local marketing activations (offline and online)
- Own country marketing budget tracking and expenditures
- Monitor growth metrics and report to stakeholders
- Lead ideation and execution of product changes to drive growth

- Bachelor in Business, Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field
- 3-4 years in FMCG or e-commerce with substantial responsibilities
- Proven track record delivering business growth and integrated campaigns
- Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with high growth and complex challenges
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves
- Proficiency in English
