Responsabilidades
- Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions using Python.
- Create and extend test harnesses, simulators, stubs and drivers for system validation.
- Develop and maintain encoders/decoders and test utilities in C/C++ as needed.
- Validate complex integrations: TCP/UDP, binary protocols, message brokers, gRPC and file-based interfaces.
- Design test strategies using boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, robustness testing and risk-based approaches.




- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab CI).
- Produce and maintain test documentation: specs, traceability matrices, execution reports and coverage metrics.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to investigate issues and define validation strategies.
- Support verification and validation in safety-critical and regulated environments.

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in Test Automation, Software Testing or Software Engineering.
- Strong Python programming skills for automated test solutions.
- Working knowledge of C/C++, including reading production code and writing/adapting stubs, drivers and message processing components.
- Experience testing non-HTTP interfaces: TCP/UDP, binary protocols, JMS/TIBCO EMS or similar, gRPC, file-based integrations.
- Proven experience building custom testing frameworks, simulators or test harnesses.
- CI/CD experience
- Good Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in safety-critical or highly regulated industries (aviation, ATM, rail, automotive, defence, medical devices or energy).
- Strong documentation and traceability practices.
