Lead projects from

development, planning and approvals through construction, execution and handover

. Manage architects, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. Oversee project budgets, timelines, quality, risk and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with local authorities and key stakeholders. Drive successful execution and delivery of major real estate projects. Requirements 10+ years’ experience

in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution. Proven experience in

Costa del Sol / Spain

. Strong background in both

development and construction

. Must have

personally managed execution of at least one major project

, not only design/planning. Fluent Spanish is mandatory. GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates should

not require work permit sponsorship

. Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
