Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the Compliance Management System for the Decarbon Technologies segment, owning selected areas such as anti-corruption, data compliance, AML, and export control. You provide antitrust and competition law advice and advance competition law compliance across the segment. You ensure segment-wide standards, identify risks early, and implement regulatory requirements efficiently. You support the business on LkSG and related matters, coordinate Compliance Officers, and lead cross-functional compliance projects to build a strong compliance culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement the Compliance Management System within the Decarbon Technologies segment, focusing on selected areas (anti-corruption, data compliance, AML, export control)
• Provide antitrust and competition law advice and enhance compliance measures in this domain
• Ensure adherence to segment standards, identify regulatory risks early, and implement requirements across the organization
• Advise on German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and related regulatory needs




• Support companies in the segment with a wide range of compliance matters, including Mu0026A-related advice and liability questions under the Compliance Program
• Coordinate and enable Compliance Officers across business units and regions, ensuring consistent implementation of compliance requirements
• Support compliance reporting at segment and Group level and develop processes, policies, concepts, and preventive measures
• Monitor regulatory developments, derive actions, and support implementation in an international context
• Manage cross-functional compliance projects and drive the development of the compliance organization and culture
