Overview In this role you will guide capacity procurement to support Amazon's middle-mile growth, shaping sourcing strategy and carrier partnerships. You will collaborate with ATS leadership and cross-functional teams to define initiatives, deliver on budget and performance targets, and influence senior stakeholders on the direction of the business. You will implement processes for carrier procurement, track KPIs, and ensure timely, quality program execution.

This hands-on, analytical role offers meaningful impact by transforming the transportation environment and delivering value through strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Responsabilidades

- Drive strategy and prioritization of procurement initiatives with key Amazon stakeholders
- Partner with program and product teams for requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
- Define and plan resources and technical requirements for on-time program delivery
- Monitor execution to ensure quality and date targets,



maintaining program integrity
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, progress, and milestones
- Establish structure and processes for carrier procurement, including carrier selection and tender creation
- Set up procurement KPIs to measure metrics across attainment, lifecycle management, capacity utilization, sourcing demand, and carrier performance

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing
