As Lead Subsystem Integration Engineer - Machine Head, you drive end-to-end integration of Machine Head subsystems, guiding technical definition, design integrity, validation, and quality. You lead cross-functional teams from concept to operation and contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes. You define subsystem architecture, manage interfaces, and steer risk mitigation and problem solving. You’ll communicate technical recommendations and support field and factory quality, shaping reliable wind turbine systems.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide system expertise across all phases of product development from requirements to life-cycle support
• Lead subsystem conceptual design studies and trade-offs addressing CTQs (cost, performance, reliability, operability)
• Define subsystem architecture and manage subsystem interfaces
• Author, contribute to and approve requirements and trace requirements through the subsystem to components
• Contribute to customer-facing technical documents
• Present technical design review material and recommendations
• Lead subsystem problem solving, verification,



validation and risk mitigation activities
• Coordinate and align cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure subsystem development and BOM release
• Drive continuous improvement through design strategies and multi-generation system/technology plans; manage lessons learned
• Drive simplification and standardization in product structure, engineering analysis, validation, and program execution
• Support field and factory quality issues and cases
• Understand and communicate execution risks and dependencies aligned with the schedule

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in Engineering/Systems Engineering
• USA: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and extensive wind turbine project experience
• Wind Turbine Machine Head work experience or familiarity
