and opportunities for process improvementDrive standardization, automation, and knowledge sharing within the tax functionRequisitos principalesBachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field4+ years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environmentStrong knowledge of corporate income tax and OECD transfer pricing guidelines and compliance requirementsExperience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and xhfqzwm Microsoft ExcelFluent English; additional languages are a plusExposure to tax technology and automation initiatives is a plusCPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plusMaster's degree or professional tax qualification preferred but not essentialAnalytical thinkingClear communicationStakeholder managementSAP S/4HANAMicrosoft ExcelTransfer pricing documentation
