Experteer Overview In this role you drive the medical strategy and operations for the hematology therapeutic area, aligning Medical Affairs with company objectives. You will serve as the internal and external SME, guide cross-functional teams, and oversee the product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch. Building KOL and healthcare stakeholder relationships and ensuring ethical standards are central to your work.

You lead Medical Advisory/MSL teams and drive key initiatives to deliver measurable impact.

Provide strategic direction to Medical Affairs within the therapeutic area

Act as subject matter expert internally and externally

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access

Lead product lifecycle management (pre-launch, launch, post-launch)





Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders

Ensure compliance excellence and ethical standards

Drive cross-functional projects and timely delivery of initiatives

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies

Team management of Medical Advisory/MSLs and their professional development

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar)

5-8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs

Experience in the specific therapeutic area

Experience in project and/or team leadership

Strong scientific and clinical knowledge

Strategic thinking and business acumen

Communication and influencing skills

Experience interacting with KOLs

High level of English proficiency
