Base Salary: €29,839.99 gross/year

Bonus: Up to €7,460.00 gross/year performance bonus

Base Salary: €25,116.46 gross/year

Bonus: Up to €6,279.12 gross/year performance bonus

?? French Technical Sales Representative

Base Salary: €27,160.11 gross/year

Bonus: Up to €6,790.07 gross/year performance bonus

? Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Execute daily outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails to target C-level decision-makers.

Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential new business and upsell opportunities.

Solution Selling: Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements, and connect business needs to available Cloud Security solutions.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate lead, contact, and pipeline data using Salesforce.

Targets: Work towards team and individual targets for daily activity, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.

? Job Requirements

Languages: C2 level proficiency in Norwegian, German, Ukrainian, or French AND a minimum C1 level of English.

Education: BA/BS degree (a technical degree is preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development outbound experience within the IT industry.

Tech Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially Google Cloud Platform. Skills in Salesforce or similar CRMs are highly valued.

Mindset: Analytical, self-motivated, and comfortable hitting quotas in a phone-based, fast-paced environment.
