Overview

As Technology Support Analyst, you will maintain and improve regional digital platforms to ensure accurate, compliant service delivery across AMR and LAR. You act as the go-to expert for platform issues, uphold data quality and secure access, and partner with cross-functional teams to keep Smartsheet and SharePoint reliable. You will diagnose problems, govern workflows, and support regional teams in data operations and governance.

Responsabilidades

- Perform daily maintenance and monitoring of Smartsheet workspaces and SharePoint platforms
- Triage and resolve user-reported tickets across supported processes
- Serve as regional subject matter expert to assist non-technical users
- Identify and escalate system bugs to senior engineering/product teams
- Manage data corrections, reference data, metadata, and data audits for governance
- Assist with bulk data uploads, formatting, and initial data verification




- Process user access and license requests with proper governance and security
- Maintain records of access, permissions, and licenses; conduct regular access reviews
- Support regional teams in ensuring platform compliance and fit-for-purpose use

Requisitos principales
- 1–3 years in technical support, system administration, data analysis, or IT-adjacent operational support
- Experience working with general or cross-regional teams
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Information Systems/CS/Business Analytics a strong advantage)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred; Portuguese is a strong asset
